If I buy a domain name, eg "www.blahblahblah.com" How I can configure an email address to this, such as "mail@blahblahblah.com?

Go to control panel its website. seriously dude, this can not be done well, some have webhostings different configuration settings, the best way is to have a discussion with technical support. Good luck!
